Aventura, FL

The Soffer Course opened in 1971 as a Robert Trent Jones design and was later reworked by Ray Floyd Design. It is the longer, more challenging of the two courses at Turnberry Isle Country Club, the golf facility of the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort in Aventura, Florida. The par-70 layout plays 7,047 yards and brings water hazards and narrow fairways into play on nearly every hole, with white sand bunkers set against ficus, banyan and olive trees. Once a fully private club, the Soffer Course today operates on a semi-private basis, open to resort guests and hotel visitors in addition to club members. The clubhouse also serves the shorter, more open Miller Course at the same property.

Myrtle Beach, SC

Arrowhead Country Club is a 27-hole daily-fee facility in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, laid out along the Intracoastal Waterway. The complex was designed by PGA Tour player Raymond Floyd along with architect Tom Jackson and features three nine-hole nines, The Waterway, The Cypress and The Lakes, each with a distinct feel across Bermuda fairways and Mini-Verde greens. The course opened in the mid-1990s and was later named South Carolina's Golf Course of the Year. It is open to public play and commonly included in Myrtle Beach golf travel packages, with practice facilities including a driving range and chipping and putting areas.

Decatur, IL

Red Tail Run Golf Club is a Decatur Park District course on the south side of Decatur, Illinois. It was designed by PGA Hall of Fame member Raymond Floyd and opened as one of the district's public courses, sharing management with the district's other municipal course, Hickory Point. The layout features large undulating greens, wide rolling fairways, and native prairie grass roughs across five sets of tees, with yardage stretching past 7,300 from the back markers at a par of 72. The course includes a double-sided driving range and golf academy programming, and is open to the public daily with tee times bookable through the park district.

Aventura, FL

Bonita Springs, FL

Saltleaf Golf Preserve is an 18-hole daily-fee course in Bonita Springs, Florida, built on the site of the former Raptor Bay Golf Club next to Estero Bay, Florida's first aquatic preserve, and bordering a 144-acre uplands preserve. The course was designed by Raymond Floyd and is managed by Troon. The layout measures 7,075 yards at par 72 across 150 acres, with naturally exposed sandy areas rather than formal bunkers, minimally altered terrain, and drought-tolerant Tif-Eagle and Bimini Bermuda grasses. A driveable par-4 second hole is a notable feature. A separate 9-hole par-3 short course, The Leaf, sits adjacent to the main course. Saltleaf is open to public tee times in addition to nearby residential and hotel guests.

Springfield, TN

The Legacy is a public 18-hole golf course in Springfield, Tennessee, that opened in 1996. It was designed by World Golf Hall of Fame member Raymond Floyd and plays to a par of 72, measuring about 6,776 yards from the championship tees. The course is certified as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, reflecting habitat and conservation practices built into its layout in Robertson County. A driving range, short game area, and clubhouse grill support daily play. Tee times are bookable online, and the course is managed by Cornerstone Golf Partners on behalf of the City of Springfield.

Newberry, SC

The Country Club of Newberry is located in Newberry, South Carolina, in the state's Midlands region. The club was founded in 1922 and has operated continuously as a social and golf facility since. The 18-hole course was designed by architect Bill Brazell, with a back nine completed in 1976, and plays to a par of 72 at roughly 6,530 yards from the back tees, featuring undulating fairways and generous greens. The club is semi-private, allowing restricted public play coordinated through the pro shop, alongside golf lessons and men's, women's and senior golf associations.
