Kebo Valley Golf Club

Bar Harbor, ME

Kebo Valley Golf Club, established in 1888 in Bar Harbor, is the oldest golf club in Maine and among the oldest in the United States, with a course bordering Acadia National Park on Mount Desert Island. Its links-style routing has hosted notable historical rounds, including one involving President William Howard Taft. The layout is known for quirky, undulating terrain that rewards local knowledge as much as ball-striking. Kebo Valley remains open to public play and its clubhouse and grounds reflect more than a century of continuous operation.
