Bayonet Golf Course is a historic public course in Seaside, California, originally designed by General Robert McClure in 1954 as a military course at Fort Ord. The 7,117-yard, par-72 layout is consistently ranked among the top public courses on the Monterey Peninsula, offering a challenging and scenic alternative to the resort courses at Pebble Beach. Golf Advisor Golfers' Choice Award winner, Bayonet features dramatic elevation changes, towering Monterey pines, and ocean views from several holes.
