Greenhorn Creek Golf Resort

Angels Camp, CA

Greenhorn Creek Golf Resort is a public course in Angels Camp, California, in the Sierra foothills of Calaveras County. The course opened in 1996 with an original design by Don Bowes and was renovated by Robert Trent Jones II in 2001. Oak trees and rolling foothill terrain define the setting, with the layout playing to a par of 72 over roughly 6,870 yards from the back tees. The resort combines the golf course with lodging, a restaurant, and event and wedding space, and it markets annual pass memberships in addition to public tee times. Practice facilities include a driving range and practice greens, and Josh Criswell serves as head golf professional.
